Our first objective is to help the government of Haiti to be proactive and to be at the forefront of the fight against crimes. Knowing the Criminal Justice system is "the interlocking network of law enforcement agencies, courts, and corrections institutions designed to enforce criminal laws and protect society from criminal behavior," we want to provide our service to the different institutions in Haiti who are willing to fight:

Violent Crime: murder, sexual assault, assault and battery, robbery, kidnapping, and acts of terrorism;

Property Crime: pick pocketing, shoplifting, larceny, motor vehicle theft, burglary, and arson;

Public Order Crime: public drunkenness, prostitution, gambling, and illicit drug;

White-Collar Crime: bribery, embezzlement, tax evasion (defrauding the government or crossing the frontier with illegal products), credit card/check fraud, mail and wire fraud, securities fraud, consumer fraud, insurance fraud, etc.

Organized Crime: gambling, prostitution, human trafficking, weapon trafficking, illegal narcotics, loan sharking, counterfeiting;

High Tech Crime: cyber fraud, identity theft, cyberstalking, hacking, intellectual property theft, etc. Set-up innovative programs (electronic monitoring, house arrest, probation, prisoners reinsertion, etc.)
